Rental periods begin on the date of delivery and continue until the equipment is returned to us in the same condition.

Rental fees are charged per the agreed rental period. Late returns will incur additional charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method for any damages or additional fees.
We strive to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for such interruptions.
Products sold by KMKSI may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the specific product documentation for warranty details.

You may terminate your account or stop using our Services at any time. To cancel a subscription, follow the cancellation procedures in your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranties, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beijing, China.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@kmksi.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION.
Our Services may be accessed internationally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using our Services. If you are accessing our Services from the European Union or other regions with data protection laws, additional terms may apply.
